Course map and description
The Singleton mountain bike trails are fun and flowy and are not very technical so can be ridden by riders of all ability. There is only a small amount of climbing each lap which is why this is a popular mountain bike destination. Primary and Secondary students have different courses. The primary course can almost be completely observed from the one location and has been kept small to allow for faster lap time. The secondary course has a longer loop allowing for more riders on the course and making the lap times suitable to this age group.
The race will start west of the event village and will either enter the single track near transition or continue further up the hill and enter the single track further on in the case of large numbers. This will allow riders to sort themselves out before the single track where it is more difficult to pass.
Please not the “P” for parking on this map is for public parking outside the venue. On race day, the paddock will be opened closer to the start line and parking will be available at the event centre.
